He is also responsible for conducting validation of processes and developing process control plans and PFMEAs as required by customers, demonstrating the ability of stated processes to achieve planned results.

Savath works closely with NEE’s Quality Control Supervisor and Inspection team to ensure all incoming material, work-in-process, and finished products meet defined standards, procedures, and customer requirements. He has led significant improvements across the Quality Management System, including NCR management, calibration control, process monitoring, and inspection processes, while driving alignment between quality and operations. By leveraging technology and automation, he has streamlined workflows, improved efficiency, strengthened process control, and enhanced the company’s inspection capabilities and overall operational performance.

Widely respected at NEE for his calm demeanor, dedication to mentoring colleagues, and creative problem-solving, Savath brings a rich background to his role. Born in Cambodia, he came to the United States as a young child (see picture) and built an impressive career in quality management, accumulating over 15 years of experience at CPS Technologies and LeachGarner before joining NEE in 2022. Savath studied Information Technology and Graphic Design.

Savath relishes competitive pursuits. From a young age he developed a passion for billiards, earning a reputation as a pool shark before moving on to chess, where he attained Expert status. He later pivoted to competitive video gaming, in which he ranked in the top 5 nationally. He currently lives with his wife, Leakhena, and two sons, Kenji and Ethan, in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
